Getting Started

Spot Security helps you manage your cloud security posture by giving a 360-degree view of the most critical risks and anomalies, along with prioritized recommendations, guided remediation, and compliance. To connect your cloud accounts to Spot Security, you need to first connect them to the Spot platform.

Prerequisites​

  • An activated Spot account
  • Cloud accounts onboarded to the Spot platform

Connect Your Cloud Account​

  1. Connect your cloud accounts on Spot Security with an existing license or to start your 30-day free trial.

  2. Onboard your account to Spot Security:

    1. In the Spot console, go to Spot Security > Administration > Cloud Account > Onboard Account.
    2. Select the accounts you want to enable Spot Security for.
    3. Click Enable Scanning.
